2. Your Account
If you sign up to save listings or contact agents:
- Provide accurate details (e.g., name, email).
- Keep your login details private.
- Tell us immediately at [support email] if someone uses your account without permission.
We may suspend or delete accounts if you break these rules.
3. How to Use the Site
Use the Site respectfully and legally. You may not:
- Post false or harmful content (e.g., fake reviews).
- Disrupt the Site (e.g., spamming agents).
- Copy or scrape listings for commercial use without permission.
- Use the Site for illegal activities.
We can remove your content or block your access if you break these rules, per ACL and NSW Fair Trading guidelines.
4. Property Listings
Listings (e.g., photos, prices, descriptions) are provided by real estate agents or third parties. We try to ensure accuracy but can’t guarantee it. Always verify details with the listing agent before making decisions (e.g., buying or renting). We’re not responsible for errors in listings, like incorrect prices or property features, per ACL consumer protections.
5. Your Content
If you post content (e.g., comments, inquiries):
- You give us permission to use, display, or share it (e.g., showing your review publicly).
- Ensure your content is truthful and doesn’t break laws or others’ rights.
- We’re not liable for what you post; you’re responsible for any issues it causes.
Remove outdated content (e.g., inquiries for sold properties) promptly.
6. Purchases or Subscriptions (If Applicable)
If you buy services (e.g., premium search features):
- Prices are in AUD, including GST, as required by ACL.
- Payments are secure via [payment provider, e.g., Stripe].
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy and ACL rights (e.g., for faulty services).
We can cancel orders if they violate these Terms.
7. No Guarantees

10. Legal Rules
These Terms follow NSW and Australian laws, including ACL. Any disputes will be handled in Sydney courts. You can’t join class actions. For complaints, contact NSW Fair Trading or the ACCC.
